How do I set up an account?

If you would like to set up an account, click on Register on our homepage.

Where is my order?

All consignments are sent on a 3-4 day delivery service not including the date of order. Normal delivery times are between 9:00 and 18:00. These timescales are given in good faith and as an indication of the estimated delivery time but do not amount to contractual obligation to delivery of the time stated.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If you place an order and wish to change or cancel, please call our sales office 01707 384858 asap and we will be happy to assist you.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Products must be inspected upon delivery and damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
