Delivery Issues

 

We aim to complete your order and dispatch the items by the next working day as long you place your order by 11.00am.

All consignments are sent on a 3-4 day delivery service not including the date of order. Normal delivery times are between 9:00 and 18:00. These timescales are given in good faith and as an indication of the estimated delivery time but do not amount to contractual obligation to delivery of the time stated.

**For next day overnight deliveries orders must be received by 12 noon latest.**

 

How To Return Products

If you are unhappy with any goods or they are faulty when you receive them, please contact our customer services team immediately or within 72 hours on: 01707-384858, or by email sales@pakexuk.com at any time between 9:00am and 5:00pm Mon-Fri, to discuss the exchange or return of the item supplied. Returned goods cannot be accepted without prior advice. Please note all exchanged or returned items must be in the condition as originally supplied. On receipt and inspection of goods we will refund the purchase price of the items, should this be necessary.

You must return the goods to Pakex (UK) plc. at your own expense. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, Pakex (UK) plc. reserve the right not to accept the return and your payment will not be refunded as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit, therefore, we recommend that you pack them carefully and obtain a proof of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

A restocking charge will normally be charged on goods ordered correctly by customers, but subsequently returned.

We cannot, under any circumstances, offer refunds or returns for branded or bespoke items ordered.

 

Cancellation of Order & Charges

Should you (the buyer) cancel an order, Pakex (UK) plc. shall render an invoice for any costs which have been incurred up to the date of cancellation. These costs may include artwork, block and stereo costs, or alternatively the costs of any material purchased specifically for this order, but which we cannot take back in stock as an item for general resale.  For any such cancellation please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on: 01707-384858 and confirm in writing within 7 days. You shall not be entitled to cancel an order on the basis of failure to meet estimated delivery dates. The sellers cannot accept cancellation if the goods are in course of manufacture or transit. Any goods supplied by us which the customer shall prove to our satisfaction to have been defective through faulty material or workmanship will be replaced or their value refunded provided we are notified in writing of such defect within 14 days from the delivery date and the goods are alleged to be defective are returned to us carriage paid. We shall under no circumstances be liable for any costs incurred in excess of the total value of goods supplied.

Rapid Response Delivery

We will endeavour to despatch all orders received before 11:00am on the same day where possible on a 3-4 day delivery service and offer overnight and AM delivery options.
