Quality Policy From Chairman

It is our Quality Policy to:

  1. Supply the customers with products, which comply fully with the customer’s quality specification. At the same time ensure that all conversion work undertaken by us is of the highest standard.
  2. The Quality management system does not cover the manufacture of goods/products supplied. The activity of conversion work is covered in the Quality system under the definition of conversion/repackaging, which is carried out without our scope of registration.

Maintain and improve our Company’s reputation for Quality and integrity with all customers and end users.
The achievement of this policy is based on:-

  1. An efficient and effective system which meets as a minimum the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000
  2. The training of personnel, to insure they are fully conversant with our Quality Policy and have the necessary skill and competence through such training, experience, awareness, product knowledge and education, to achieve our objectives.
  3. The procedures are mandatory and ALL Company employees MUST observe them and follow completely. NO deviation or alterations are permitted without prior authorisation from the MANAGING DIRECTOR.

It is to be remembered at all times that our policy favours our customers. That is to say in the event of a complaint of product or presentation, we automatically accept responsibility and will accept the return of goods for full credit, without argument.

IT IS OUR AIM TO PRESENT OURSELVES AND OUR PRODUCTS AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL!.

Drug & Alcohol policy

As a responsible supplier of products to the rail industry, Pakex(UK) have in place procedures to prevent, as far as is reasonably practicable, any offences of the Transport and Work Act 1992.

In line with railway group standard GH/RT4004 Drags and Alcohol and Rail track company standard RT/LS/S008 Contact Requirement Safety, it is a condition of employment with Pakex(UK), that no employee or temporary worker shall:-

  1. Report, or endeavour to report fro duty whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  2. Report for duty in an unfit state due to the use of alcohol or drugs.
  3. Be in possession of controlled drugs in the workplace.
  4. Consume alcohol or drugs whilst on duty.

Pakex(UK) will not tolerate any contravention of this policy.

Privacy Policy

Pakex(UK) undertakes as a duty of care to you our customer not to divulge at any time by any means any personal or private information or data, that we may hold in order to process our day to day business to any third party.
